From birthday parties and christenings to charity evenings and corporate dos — I cover events of all kinds across Milton Keynes and the surrounding area.
Since every event is different, event photography is completely flexible to your needs - want 100% candid or lots of group shots, I can absolutely do that! Not sure what coverage you need - tell me your event plans and I can advise on what works best!

Simple hourly pricing. No packages to decipher.
Event photography is priced by the hour — a 2 hour minimum, then add as many hours as your event needs. Not sure how many hours you'll need? I'm happy to help you work that out before you book.

Base rate — first 2 hours
Minimum booking. Covers arrival, setup and 2 hours of full coverage. Edited images delivered within 2 weeks.

Add as many extra hours as your event needs. Calculated per hour beyond the initial 2.

Late night surcharge
Applied to any hours of coverage after 9pm. Late finishes limit the work I can take the following day — this keeps things fair for both of us.

No travel fee
Standard coverage area for all events. Covers most of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and the surrounding area.
Travel cost added
A travel cost is added for events beyond 25 miles. For events of 6+ hours, the no-fee radius extends to 50 miles. Always confirmed in writing before booking.

Date, venue, timings and a rough idea of what's happening. I'll come back within 24 hours to confirm availability and provide a full quote.

I turn up and get on with it
No fuss, no direction, no interrupting the day. I'll move through the room and cover everything we discussed— guests, atmosphere, the moments in between.

We agree on coverage hours
I'll advise on how many hours makes sense for your event if you're unsure. Once agreed, everything is confirmed in writing with a booking fee to secure the date.

Gallery delivered within 2 weeks
All edited images delivered via private gallery link. Full resolution, for you to download. Yours to keep and share!

QUESTIONS PEOPLE USUALLY ASK
Answered before you need to.
How many hours do I need?
It depends on your event — a christening is very different to a big birthday party. A rough guide: ceremonies and shorter gatherings work well at 2–3 hours; full party evenings usually need 4–5. I'm happy to advise once I know the details.
Do you cover events outside Milton Keynes?
Yes — no travel fee within 25 miles of MK. Beyond that, a travel cost is added and confirmed before booking. For longer events (6+ hours) the no-fee radius extends to 50 miles.
What does the late night surcharge cover?
Any coverage after 9pm has a small hourly surcharge added. Working late limits what I can take on the following day — the surcharge keeps things fair without me having to turn down late events altogether.
Can I book you for an event at short notice?
Of course! If I have availability I'll be more than happy to help. Get in touch with the date and I'll come back to you quickly. For events more than a few weeks away, earlier is always better to avoid disappointment.
